Project Manager Digital Customer Experience m/f Part time 15 hours/week

Functional Area: Marketing

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Administrative support of Medico-Marketing Teams
  • Setting small sized online events via MS teams, zoom (e.g. internal meetings, webinars) plus communication before and after meetings
  • Consolidating data (e.g. number of attendees at virtual events, survey results from feedback)
  • Uploading assets and material to internal content platforms (e.g. videos on company websites or other HCP platforms)
  • Updating webinar?s microsite and/or company website if needed
  • Communication and collaboration with external partners such as agencies
  • Independent takeover of defined (marketing) projects


  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Basic knowledge with content platforms/digital savvy, familiarity with Zoom and MS Teams
  • Expert with MS Office, Project Management capabilities advanteageous
  • Supportive approach and resilience as well as team player abilities
  • Ideally with initial work experience in a (pharmaceutical) company
  • Good communication skills
  • Organisational talent, team spirit, accuracy, flexibility
