In this role, you will work as a Digital Project Manager with selected clients on agile project delivery and be responsible for managing the project end-to-end

Digital Project Manager Dedicated Teams (m/f/d)


  • Analysis of customer requirements to understand needs and align with the project timeline
  • Close coordination between PM and Software Development Lead in regards to feasibility and impediments
  • Organization of client and project
  • Creation of technical specifications (e.g. functional specification document) and overview of all internal documentation
  • Technical configuration of the Product
  • Creation of client documentation throughout the project (e.g. feature descriptions, workflow charts, etc.)
  • Be the main point of contact for client requests and serving as the voice of the client
  • Continuous communication with our customers (virtual phone calls, meetings and workshops)
  • Close communication with the development team
  • Continuous testing of project deliverables
  • Managing and monitoring of tasks and project progress
  • Management of planned efforts and milestones including detailed requirement definition together with the tech lead
  • Prioritization and management of project scope, task backlog and definition


  • 1-2 years of experience in digital or agile project management
  • Experience in CMS or project management tools
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (desirable)
  • Technical background or high interest in online technologies
  • Office applications (Excel, Word)
  • Excellent self and time management skills
  • Ability to work in remote teams
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
  • Analytical skills
  • HTML and CSS (desirable)
